「Incredible attention to detail- so comfy!」

「The door was locked when I arrived. Nobody behind the desk. nobody answered the doorbell. Two phone numbers posted. One went directly to voicemail. The other didn't even have voicemail set up. I eventually got a call from... somebody... saying they would let me in. Other than a less than helpful checkin with zero questions answered, I never saw anybody at the front desk the entire 3 days I stayed there. The restaurant was closed the entire time, also. The room was fine. Nothing special....

「Breakfast is good. Hot breakfast. The staff prepare breakfast is very sincere and asked us if everything is ok. Good free parking space. The best part is the mattress. It’s firm and comfy. 」

「Hotels.com screwed up on the dates for the reservation and I had to cancel after I noticed they were the wrong dates. I ended up having to pay a cancellation fee or the one charge. Hotels.com screwed up the dates but I was forced to pay the hotel a cancellation fee/ one night equivalent. 」

「I liked it a lot but it is run a bit differently than one might expect. It seems to cater primarily to work crews and the units are "efficiencies." There isn't any continental breakfast service nor is there daily maid service. But these aren't meant as criticisms. The staff is great, the rooms and amenities are first-rate, and I would be pleased for the opportunity to stay there again.」
