The room was clean and orderly, and the staff was helpful. However, the breakfast was subpar with not many options, and they ran out of muffins and bagels by 9am (they served until 9:30am). The food was ok and am glad they had something for us to eat.

Worst experience ever at a hotel.Towanda Motel on a bad day is better than this hotel. I do not recommend. Thae management has poor customer service. If you have to stay at this hotel, I recommend not paying until you absolutely have to pay. Worst Expedia service that I have ever had. I will be canceling my membership. The insurance process is a scam. You need an attorney to use it. Not user friendly at all.
