"The room was very dirty upon arrival. There were ants and residue on the bathroom sink, cigarette butts on the floor, and crumbs on the carpet. The room had an odor. When checking in, the receptionist swiped my card several times (it mustn't have been reading), then he got frustrated and threw my card on the counter before handing it back to me. "

"The carpet was so dusty that I had severe coughing attacks from carpet collection of allergens. Painters were sprayed painting the exterior of the buildings during my stay duration and that was another respiratory toxic allergen that I was exposed to. The environmental allergens that I had to endure resulted in severe coughs, cascading reaction, felt very sick, and had to leave the property three days early out of my 5 days reservation. It was prepaid non-cancellation. On a different note, the fridge didn’t work. There was no stopper for the bathtub and front desk said manager couldn’t find one on the property. It’s not a central HVAC, so the heater/fan is loud by beside since it is installed on outside wall below window. The bolt lock didn’t work from the inside. "

"Excellent location, decent breakfast (pastries, coffee, and cereal) and clean inside & out. Renovations feel modern and thoughtful, not rushed or cheap. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "
