The room was very nice. Clean and a ton of space. Beautiful ocean views. Housekeeping every day which was awesome! Location was close to everything! Drawbacks would be train whistle through out the day and night and no microwave in the room. I would definitely recommend this as a nice stay in Encinitas.

the hotel in general is dated and it shows. the staff is great and the location is fantastic, but the doors don't seal and noise from the outdoors (particularly the train nearby) comes right thru the doors.

The property had some matincece around ground floors. The balcony view was beautiful. The room was nice the water from the shower dripped past the glass door and got all over the floor. The breakfast was good and did have a good variety.

Spiders in the room Pullout bed was very thin and the bars underneath the bed came right thru the mattress. The king suite was good Breakfast was good The room was cleaned thoroughly when we came back in the evening.
