The location is absolutely excellent. literally a five minute walk to the beach, good restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping. The property is newly remodeled. I think the rooms can use a bit more light and the beds just ok. but very happy with the stay overall. Also, no electric car charging on site.

For the "economy" factor, this property is great. I used to live in Encinitas, and the location can't be beat (well, unless you mind the occasional train going by). It's close to the beach (5 mins walk) and excellent walking distance to several great dining/coffee options. The room was clean; the bed was comfortable; the parking was always available. Breakfast could do better, but then again, there are SO MANY awesome options around for that. Super shoutout to the staff! Everyone was lovely and very accommodating. Thank you!

They were renovating, but there was a horrible sewer smell from the bathroom sink drain. Everything was clean though, and staff was super nice and helpful/accomodating! Small parking lot, and the breakfast offered is all small, prepackaged things like donuts or toast and jam. Online I read about a pancake machine and there was none lol it was overall okay!

Great location and good price. Quick walk to a gorgeous beach. I wish they had a water tap/hose to wash feet after coming from the beach. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Bathroom is updated. Breakfast was just cold cereal, oatmeal, apples, mini muffins, and some OJ. Adequate, but minimal. Coffee was yucky. No common area. Decent place.
