「3個人入住，選了2張單人床的房，職員好細心給我們講解房太細加不到床，並換了一間雙人床及加床的房間給我們。服務很好! 房間很乾淨，如要牙刷，拖鞋等都可以向酒店取。 由酒店去festival city mall有天橋可達，有冷氣的，非常方便。 各方面都很好，唯一欠一點點的就是我們三人入住，毛巾及水都只有2份，好多時要致電服務處取。不過，這情況我在其他酒店都常遇到的。」

「Spacious and comfortable rooms. Customer service is great. Only thing is that the area is a little remote. There is no tar road, just a gravel road. I would recommend the place to others based on the large apartment, comfortable beds, big screen android TV and great customer service.」

「The water view apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a balcony. Dubai tends to be hot in July, but the room A/C worked well so we were really comfortable indoors, despite 104 deg F outside. The apartment has a kitchenette, clothes washer, dishwasher and plenty of sun in the balcony to air dry laundry. Front desk was pleasant, and the housekeeping did a great job daily. There is a grocery provisions store downstairs, a full supermarket is easy walk and best of all the Taxi Cafe...
