「Clean, big and comfort apartment with kitchen and everything's you need. Shuttle bus to the mall. Pleasant, helpful and polite staff. Types of foods not too much for the breakfast but enough. Supermarket downstair are excellent. Wifi is ok. Everything is good except the unstable hot water for bath.」

「The first two bedroom we were assigned had a bunch of issues. A stranger's mass of hair stuck on the washroom stall, a shower stall that flooded halfway thru a shower, airconditioning not working in the rooms. At every point, the staff tried to BS us saying things like "it takes time for air conditioning to work in Dubai" even though one area was clearly cooler and the other was very hot. We were downgraded to a one bedroom and I lay given a refund of 36CAD for our entire 8 day stay. The...
