Lovely hotel and staff very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus to get to various locations in Dubai is an excellent service. The hotel is near where my family live in Dubai so location for me was perfect. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was very good.

room is pretty clean, but it has a weird smell from what theybuse to clean. The bathroom lacks appropriate ventilation and using the shower would often cause water to splash on the bathroom floor. The staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast is great. Overall all a good place to stay if you have a car. if not the hotel is pretty far from everything, the area around it is going through massive construction so don't expect anything walkable around it. They do offer shuttles to few locations around Dubai on a limited schedule.

The hotel was located near a clinic I was visiting so it was convenient for me, otherwise, probably a bit out of the way. The bed was a bit hard and I ended up with a room on the same floor as the bar which was very loud at night and hard to sleep. I didnt try the breakfast but I enjoyed the room service. The rooms were clean and comfortable overall. Its seems I paid a lot more than the rates I am seeing now. Better luck next time!

Clean property, nice breakfast buffet, Daisy was amazing!! She was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Surrounding area was nice and clean but there were very few other buildings -flat sandy view with a pretty round-a-bout and city in the distance.
