「The air conditioning wasn't working, but they failed to let us know at checking, even though a bell man escorted us to the room and turned on the TV and the ac, which wasn't working, I noticed that it wasnt working so I specifically asked if it was on. We met the maintenance man in the elevator and he explained that nothing was working and it would be about an hour to have repaired. Maintenance did great, the front desk did not」

「Small hotel in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The room is basic. There's no safe, but you can use the one in the lobby. If you want a pool towel, you'll need to leave a cash deposit. It's a good hotel if you don't have mobility issues, as there's no elevator. I would definitely stay there again.」

「The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. 」

「We stayed for three nights and had a very smooth experience. Check-in took only a few minutes, staff were very friendly, our room was nice and spacious, and we could easily walk to several local restaurants, Casa Maria is a great place to stay.」

「Wifi was good」

「Amazing location… very accommodating for last minute matters… love the air conditioned place and always clean, no bugs, great view of the river, walking distance too the beach and other great places to eat… if there is one complaint would be the hot tub and maybe the hotel could invest putting a pool somewhere」

「Must stay!」

「This was such a great hotel! We were there for two weeks and cant say enough about how nice our stay was! Accommodations, staff and surroundings were all excellent. We could hear the River Cuale flowing by our bedroom at night in a large king sized bed and the sleep was so peaceful. Also, a beautifully done decor throughout the hotel and a very friendly and professional staff. Located near shops, restaurants and the Malecon. Finally, all of this at an extremely reasonable price! A can't...

「This was my first time to Puerto Vallarta, and it was great! The room, the view, the staff, the atmosphere. I definitely recommend staying here.」

「Paid for a large suite. Coffee maker in the room but no coffee. Musty smelling room. Tiny TV in bedroom but no TV in living room. No ice in the hotel. We had to go to another building to get ice. No coffee available anywhere in the building. Overpriced for what we got. We were there only one night so did not use the pool or facilities.」

「La habitación que nos tocó en esta ocasión le falta mantenimiento sin embargo en otra ocasión nos tocó otra habitación que estaba bien」

「Todo bien」

「The only thing lacking in the rooms is A/C, otherwise it is a good place to stay in PV at a reasonable rate. Easy walk to the Malecon.」

「No se paren ahí」
