"This hotel was a beautiful escape from the chaos of Hanoi. Extremely friendly staff that always greeted you hello or waved you goodbye. That alone is worth the stay but the bed and room was terrific. The breakfast outstanding. We would stay here again. "

"Breakfast is amazing. Great location. Most smaller rooms don't have windows to the outside. Good for a quick overnight. The suite is gorgeous with a balcony and views all around the city. Lovely welcome drink and food in the room. We would go back."

"Overall we had a great stay. Since the ratings were so high when we booked, we were a bit disappointed that it did not seem to match the star's rating as presented however, it did not effect our trip. The location is central so awesome for exploring the old quarters. The front staff were attentive and always happy to help. Be careful when showering as water did start to leak out of the bathroom. I wouldn't shower on full blast and also point the water away from the shower door. I also found putting a towel at the shower door greatly reduced the water from leaking. The free breakfast was simple. You'll have to walk to their sister hotel for this. We really enjoyed their coffee and pho. They also had great little deep-fried buns. "

"The room is really good. I've stayed 1705,1706,1707. All was good, but I'm afraid that someone who've used 1707 have dart the livingroom's floor and it's still left. And we also need detargent and sponge. Also, freestanding laundry hanger is useful when we stay longer. Otherwise, I think this hotel is really good in many aspects. All sataffs are really good, too. Also, please think about add bun to restrant ^^."

"I had a wonderful stay in the Club Room at the Daewoo Hotel Hanoi, and it truly exceeded my expectations. This is my 7th or 8th stay with them in the club room. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. The Club Room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with elegant décor and great views of the city.
