「Quaint, budget friendly hotel with parking right in front of your room entrance. Ideal location with several restaurants just across the street, convenience store and gas station just down the road. Cozy rustic rooms with cable TV, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Very helpful and personable hotel associate. Great for an overnight stop on our trip to Canada!」

「The pool was not open and specifically asked the lady at the front desk if it was heated since it was outside. She informed me yes it was a heated pool but didn't inform me it was closed when I asked. My daughter was all excited got ready we went to the pool to find out it was closed. The front desk attendant gave us zero information.」

「Our room was clean and pretty, but no coffee maker, no fridge, and no TV. The floor was so far off level we were literally walking downhill to the bathroom. No continental breakfast, and the desk clerk wasn't sure when the restaurant opened on Sunday morning. Beautiful place, but not our thing.」

「We would not stay here again. The service, or lack of service was disturbing. Nothing personal about the property. We stayed two nights and did not get fresh towels or trash emptied. Very disappointed with our decision to stay there.」

「For a very old hotel, it was wonderful! The staff was fantastic and took care of things better than we would have expected. They were all very friendly. Our waitress Maggie, took good care of us and the manager Michael got us a drink even though the bar was about to close for the night. We would definitely stay at the Terrace Inn again.」
