Some improvements could be done on the outlets (loosely hold plugs) and hairdryer bracket was not secured on the wall and fell off easily when hairdryer was gripped. Bathroom door was extremely squeaky (woke people up when opened) - but overall, minor issues. We would definitely come back!」

「If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny...
