"Massive property. Beautiful and well kept Staff was helpful and friendly. My compaint is that there are no good restaurants and nothing much to do on the premises or nearby. "

"Staff was very helpful. Our room was a ADA designated room, but I don’t know how that could be. The only thing ADA was the bathroom. There was 1 lamp in the entire room, next to the bed. No lamp on desk. No outlets to plug in laptop or devices. Light switch next to door when you walk in, didn’t turn anything on. No chair at the desk to sit and do any work. After requesting a chair, they brought me an arm chair. The fridge was broken. I reported that the fridge didn’t work, they replaced it with another fridge - that also didn’t work. My food went bad. Very outdated hotel. Would not stay again."

"This property is so lovely - adjacent to the Manitowoc River, green space, and Lake Michigan. Clean lobby, hallways and rooms. Good lighting. Friendly, helpful staff. Near downtown. We can always count on the Inn for a good stay. "

"Check in was courteous well done but could have been quicker. Room was clean, laid out well and had proper toiletries etc. I went to use hot tub but it looked like it needed cleaned. The staircase was dusty and so were other areas that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Breakfast was ok in quality but they were out of coffee so guests had to go to the lobby for coffee and the eggs were out for for quite a while despite very few guests in the breakfast area. No one was at the front desk when we were going to check out so we just dropped our keys and left."

"The Hot Tub could use less chlorine and more water. The jets were shooting the water upward. The pool water was freezing. Overall, it wasn't a terrible place to stay."
