"It was a great property with great amenities and great access to the lake. We had a minor problem with a charge that was mistakenly on the room but we called and they promptly fixed it. A+ would stay here again."

"Tried calling property several times to pay balance and I had some questions, but no one answered or returned a phone call. Office was closed at 5:30 upon our arrival but called the Ranger and he was very accommodating. We brought our own linens because listening stated "no linens" were included. ..."
