「We had a great stay here and the staff was so kind!」

「Paid for the room with jacuzzi tub. The tub sounded like you were flying in an airplane. So loud to the point I couldn’t use the jacuzzi. Additionally, when I first turned it on a big wad of hair shot out of the jets. Sort of gross. Staff was friendly and helpful but don’t recommend paying the extra money for the jacuzzi tub. Definitely not worth it.」

「no elevator, I'm on a cane and staff watched me struggle to claim the stairs. Again when I checked out. the watched me struggle down the stairs with my suitcase, cane and purse. no offer of help The bathroom light switch is behind the door. Have to go in and close the door to turn light on or off. Door should be hinged on the other side.」

「The toilets is both cabins ran constantly. My wife could not sleep. The manager told her to turn off the water supply between use. There was no one available to fix the issue. The toilet in cabin 7 tipped when my daughter leaned forward. It was not secured to the floor. My wife and grandkids left the property. They were treated rudely by the manager. They were told they were to be charged for the full 4 days as they did not cancel with 48 hours notice. I called and got the manager to refund my...
