"Didn’t use any of the amenities honestly as we were there for a cheer comp and rarely at the hotel. However the staff were lovely, felt very safe and secure there and overly clean! Loved it. "

"I would book here again, but would not use Expedia or a third party. The communication between Expedia and Ruby River is poor and after giving 48 hours notice I would not be using the third night of my booking, I remain trying to get a refund from one party or the other. Just book direct with this hotel."

"Nice and clean hotel, and fine overall, but I think it wasn’t quite as the photos suggested, especially the bistro, which was basically more of a cafeteria than a restaurant. And this is a nitpick, but the “cool” white lights (that look blue) mixed in with regular warmer white light bulbs in the room gave it a very sterile feel. I would not use the cool white lights. Lastly, I like bright bathroom and vanity areas. The area in the room was dimly lit. Otherwise, the stay was fine. "

"Great hotel! Very clean and quiet. Within walking distance to the Spokane Airport. I live in Idaho and don't like to get up early to get to the airport for an early morning flight. This hotel is the best place to stay if you want to sleep a little longer before your flight😉"

"A magnificent historical hotel. Located near Spokane River Park - such beauty and fun. Only problem was a strange odor that kicked in my asthma. "

"Rooms had a desk chair, no sofa or sitting chair. No rollaway beds. No continental breakfast, they have a bagged “grab and go” breakfast. The heater is extremely loud when it kicks on and off. There was caution tape flapping around the top of one set of stairs. For the price, I expected a little more quality. "
