「The hotel lobby was closed when we arrived about 6pm....we had to call and get a door code for our room...only 2 towels for a 4 person room....
dried blood spot on a comforter....outlets were dirty...could hear the people in the room next door talk very clearly (no insulation or sound proofing)....sheets didn't match....no stopper for the tub to take a bath....heat/AC wouldn't keep consistent temperature. All in all in was very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying there again on...

「This is our go to place when staying in Spokane Valley. Classic breakfast bar included with stay, pool and hot tub, consistently clean rooms, staff are friendly and helpful, and the pet area is located close to preferred pet rooms. There’s an elevator that makes travel through the hotel nice. 」
