"Nice hotel. Very clean and accommodating. Laundry room and hot tub were good. Only three issues. first, We were not familiar with the layout of the hotel so did not know it was made up of six buildings. We were not directed to our room so we wandered the halls with my 82 year old mother and my brother with a broken back looking for our room. Second issue was the music on the patio at Odyssey. The music was so loud you couldn’t even talk over it. Third issue, no continental breakfast. Next time I am in town I will probably choose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express across the street instead."

"It was a very good sized room but I was disappointed that we were put on the conference side of the hotel. Also the lighting in the room was really bad.The parking was good. Easy to do things downtown. The main hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Dinner was amazing! Bedding was amazing! Soft and cozy"

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ruby. Our room was updated, clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast at Rosie's was really good!"
