「We love staying at The Ruby and it's sister hotel, The Steamplant. The location is convenient for going to events downtown, the included parking saves quite a bit on parking, and the included breakfast is a great value with delicious, healthy food. 」

「Hot tub and pool closed for too early in my opinion and there were obvious stains on the carpet in the room but other than that everything else was good!」

「The staff was really nice. Unfortunately the thermostat in our room seems to have been set for 85 degrees. The engineer came to our room very timely and they switched our room quickly when he couldn’t get it to act normal despite it being around 10:00 pm. Nicely done Double Tree. 」

「The room was nice and spacious and included a sofa and big TV, with fridge and mw for snacks available on site. Staff were great. Breakfast was prepackaged continental including hb eggs. Could need another toaster when busy. Overall a great value.」
