"The staff was awesome! The Wifi not so much we had to move to another room as the wifi did not extend well to our room. Another customer was booked into a handicapped room and they move him into another room very friendly and nicely."

"I was looking for a low-cost hotel that felt clean and safe. The SilverStone Inn & Suites in Spokane Valley was a great choice. The clerk at check-in was efficient and friendly. The room was clean. The free continental breakfast was from 6-9 AM but they also gave a voucher for Denny's (in the same parking lot just a short walk away). Denny's breakfast was from 6-10 AM. The voucher enabled me to choose 3 items plus a drink. I chose eggs (2), french toast (1), and french toast (1), plus an orange juice, all free. It was delicious. Other options on the vocher were bacon, 2 pancakes (counted as 1 item), biscuits, toast, and maybe oatmeal and maybe some fruit? Alternatively, I could have chosen something off the Denny's menu and received $7 off. I got a room on the 3rd floor away from I-90 and with the air conditioner on all night, I didn't hear anything. As I walked in the hallyways, the building was quiet. I didn't want to be next to a noisy ice machine, but the clerk told me that all ice was on the 1st floor. There is no elevator, so be prepared for that if you have a lot of luggage or knee problems. The parking lot felt safe. There was an indoor pool but I didn't use it, but others seemed to be enjoying it. There was a guest laundry room with 1 or 2 washers and dryers. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend the SilverStone Inn & Suites in Spokane Valley."

"Place was clean and the property was really nice!!!! We loved the golf simulator downstairs and was able to bring our family together there on our last night. Front staff was absolutely wonderful and we appreciate the hospitality. Only 2 complaints are: First the room conditions seem as though repairs were needed to be done as there was foam filling of some sort to patch up holes. It was very weird but we went with it. Second was the loudest coming from the bar under us. Not sure if the noise has anything to do with the holes filled only foam or if this is an issue all together. But about 1030pm we went kept up due to the loud laughter, loud talking and yelling. It was clearing coming from the bar under us. I had ear plugs but unfortunately my husband or son had any to cancel out the noise. Rough night sleeping until everything closed down. Definitely should look into that or make sure anyone staying in room 202 or aware of this. I let the kind gentleman know this morning but most likely will be calling to speak with a manager once we are home safe from our flight. I was unaware of the difficulty my husband and son had due to the noise until after we left this morning."

"We got married there and went back with the kids for the first time since for our 10th anniversary . It was better than we remembered. Great staff, so many activities for us and the kids to do. The golf course grill is solid, chef was amazing and even came out and chatted with us at dinner. Can’t beat this place for the beauty and price!"
