「Ist floor room just off the parking lot as requested. Sturdy bars in bathtub. As I was packing to leave, in the rain, an employee named CHAD offered, and helped me load heavy suitcases into my car. Very gracious and most appreciated! For the second time in my visits to this location, parking was a real issue! 「The staff was really nice. Unfortunately the thermostat in our room seems to have been set for 85 degrees. The engineer came to our room very timely and they switched our room quickly when he couldn’t get it to act normal despite it being around 10:00 pm. Nicely done Double Tree. 」
