「The staffs, breakfast were excellent. The lobby and extra equipment was clean. Our room had bugs, big roaches. We had to sit all our suitcases and bookbag on higher grounds.I tried to call the manager and supervisor three time on this matter but the supervisor wouldn't call me back or anything. My family and I wouldn't be staying at this place anymore.. I have pictures of the bug in our bed.」

「Wonderful bed & breakfast. We always stay here on our way to Gulf Shores. The owners are top notch. Breakfast is the bomb & is included with your stay. And if you are looking for a steak they have one of the best. 」

「Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean.」

I can’t leave a review on the breakfast because I never ate there. TV remote the back was missing so you had to hold batteries in place. Overall, I would probably stay again if needed.」

「Our experience matches the 9+ rating. The rooms and building are clean. It’s a convenient location. The included breakfast was very good. Front desk assistance was helpful and kind. There’s nothing negative I can mention at this time.」

「Everything was okay. The breakfast was nice but the didn’t have any kind of soap in the lobby bathroom nor did they have hand sanitizer. When asked they just said they were out and that was it. The room was okay」

「Black mold in shower they fixed right away breakfast area congested not enough garbage cans, food limited some days pool pump not working bedding - they use bedsheets as a blanket very odd.」

「Room was just a basic room. Pool was very small but didn’t mind. Room never got cleaned or swept the six nights we were there. If clean towels were needed we had to take the old towels to the front desk to have them replaced. Parking was fine and was located next to a public so that was super convenient.」

「I was barefoot in the kitchen, my feet stuck to the floor. Put socks on and the bottoms were black! So not happy with our rooms floor condition!」

「My stay was very nice and a complete change from stats in past. I can really tell that a corporation has custody over everything. I ate at all the restaurants on site and have to say that I believe the menu is tired at Latitude 30 and is dire need for revamping. I ordered the Pork Chop (Medium), Beans and Mashed Potatoes and water for beverage. When it came to the table, my chop was a bit undercooked, the beans were warm but bland and the mashed potatoes were cold and clumpy. My guest ordered...
