「Toilet was not working ( had to use 163 because we rented two rooms) sliding door to parking lot was falling apart. Also breakfast only has one waffel maker switch cause a long time consuming line.just thought it would be better. Location was great but don’t think we’ll be returning . 」

「If we could have, we would have cancelled our rooms and found somewhere else to stay because the hotel rooms weren't as clean as they should have been the floors were dirty like they didn't vacuum good at all. One of our rooms the bed had purple stains on the covers I know they seen that when they made the beds. The outside was very horrifying because they had men sitting all around outside all hours of the day and night drinking looking very creepy to the point, I wouldn't let my kids go...

「Check In was quick and easy and the Staff were absolutely awesome! I thought I was on a Cruise ship. Breakfast beats any Hotel Breakfasts I've ever had and I've had alot. Bar on site, 24 hr restaurant, great stay.」

「When we arrived there were no carts to haul our luggage to the room. We had to make multiple trips and the room was a pretty far walk from where we unloaded our luggage. The parking lot was a very long walk from the room. Our room was clean and the pool was nice. I’m rating it an overall 3 star because of the parking and not enough luggage carts and too far to have to walk to get to your room. 「Stay away from room 136. Ask for room 307. We stayed at Holiday Inn Express over the years at various locations. I've never rated them below 5 star before now. We checked in late due to two wrecks on I-10 across two states. We were exhausted. The room was warm and smelled a little funny. When we woke up earlier to make an appointment, the smell was still off but figured turning down the thermostat while away would put the room to normal. 「Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean.」

「This hotel was very nice & it’s located in the best spot of Gulf Shores. So many restaurant’s & shopping is in walking distance. The rooms were very clean & nice. The free breakfast at this hotel was amazing. One of the best I ever had!! Definitely give this hotel a 10/10!! We will be staying here again. Also great pool area & walkway to beach across the street. They also give beach chairs & umbrella per room.」
