「Nice!near the beach!」

「This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at! I loved the complimentary towels! They also had a walkway nearly all the way to the water, which is so helpful for someone with back problems! Speaking of back problems, hotel mattresses are usually terrible for my back, but these were excellent! Highly recommend this hotel!」

「We love Sleep Inn specifically here at Orange Beach! The rooms are kept clean and are cleaned throughout your stay. Great beach access just steps away from the hotel!」

「The hotel was nice but they tacked on a $10 per day parking fee. I have never paid that before.」

「The room was beautiful, but all of the furniture covers were stained or looked dirty. There was a mark on the guest bedroom door that I was able to wipe off with a disinfectant wipe and the shower heads could use some extra cleaning. Despite these drawbacks, the view from the room was amazing and the room was nicely decorated and had plenty of towels, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen.」

「The tides is such an amazing way for a family to experience the beach. Right on the water, the rooms have plenty of space and storage as well as bunk beds for kiddos. We much prefer this to renting a condo in Orange beach. The breakfast buffet in the morning is so affordable and a great way to start the day looking out over the gulf. We have been three times and will return」

「Check in was so fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good selection (sausage, egg, cereal, waffles) our room was very clean and spacious. The pool was also really nice and warm!」

「Condo was very clean. Had dishwasher detergent (2 loads), liquid soap, wash machine detergents (2 loads); sample size Shampoo, Conditioner, hand soap, and lotion 2 of each. Seemed to have ample dishes, silver ware, kitchen utensils. Table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs on the patio. Steps from the pool or gulf. Sugar sand beach. Walmart, and a liquor store about 3 blocks away. The outdoor space was very quiet after 5 pm. 」

「Felt like I was owed a partial refund for having to go to the front desk for towels every night. Housekeeping took our towels everyday even if they were hanging up and never left new ones. Had a cockroach two different days. Was told it was due to the rain, but good pest control would prevent them from coming in in the first place. Asked about utilizing the grill and was told they had all the tools and everything. When we went to use it, there wasn’t a lighter. Trash wasn’t picked up multiple...
