「Everything was great! 」

「We received a confirmation and then at 2am the day before check in they sent an email cancellation of confirmation because they couldn’t find a maid service??? Joke, we had to scramble to find a place to stay that day 15 hrs from home…… nightmare. Thanks 」

「My only complaint was a roach in the spare bedroom, we only found one but I’m always worried there are more. Otherwise it was a great location, beautiful view, short walk to the beach and wasn’t overly crowded. We had to leave early for a family emergency so I wish I could’ve enjoyed it for more than what I did. 」

「it's a great place to stay- one of my complaints is the elevators are very slow. Also this time, we noticed that the coffee machines have been taken out of the rooms. So if you want coffee, you have to go to lobby and pay for it. 」

「The Last night there It was a vibration sound due to the water drainage because of 20 miles wind. The staff knew exactly what the sound was but didn't want to tell us what it was. We had to walk outside just to find out. It was so bad. My family couldn't sleep until 4am in the morning. I will not recommend. A lot of people was complaining. Yes the staff know what the problem is. It not mother nature 20 miles wind. It call a bad constructive building. 」

「Breakfast was great! Eggs and waffles are the main events. We loved the walk-ability of the property. We were able to walk to the beach, multiple dinner places, Rouses, Publix, Starbucks, and Dell’s for Ice Cream! 」

「Our room was very clean with newer updates. The shower did have a leaking door and some water damage to the wall. Beds were really comfortable, but bring your own pillow. The complementary breakfast was one of the best of any hotel we’ve stayed in. Fresh omelettes every morning. Location was perfect and in walking distance to many stores and restaurants. 「I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. Basic items like soap were missing. I attempted to cancel through Expedia, but the hotel declined and instead offered a room change. The next day, I was moved, but the...
