「This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at! I loved the complimentary towels! They also had a walkway nearly all the way to the water, which is so helpful for someone with back problems! Speaking of back problems, hotel mattresses are usually terrible for my back, but these were excellent! Highly recommend this hotel!」

「The room was beautiful, but all of the furniture covers were stained or looked dirty. There was a mark on the guest bedroom door that I was able to wipe off with a disinfectant wipe and the shower heads could use some extra cleaning. Despite these drawbacks, the view from the room was amazing and the room was nicely decorated and had plenty of towels, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen.」

「The tides is such an amazing way for a family to experience the beach. Right on the water, the rooms have plenty of space and storage as well as bunk beds for kiddos. We much prefer this to renting a condo in Orange beach. The breakfast buffet in the morning is so affordable and a great way to start the day looking out over the gulf. We have been three times and will return」

「We stayed for a week it rained but the staff had it going on they were all so nice and helpfully the breakfast was delicious and the pool was perfect we are always pleased with The Holiday Inn Thank you」

「One of the elevators was out, and had been for while, apparently. It was a common sight for there to be a line of people waiting for the one remaining elevator. So we used the stairs 95% of the time, as it was much faster. Also we reserved a room with a sofa bed months ago, yet when we checked in, there wasn’t one of those available nor an upgrade to a larger room. When we booked the place, for 5 nights, breakfast was an extra $500. Seems steep? The room and bathroom were small, and the bedside...

「Condo was very clean. Had dishwasher detergent (2 loads), liquid soap, wash machine detergents (2 loads); sample size Shampoo, Conditioner, hand soap, and lotion 2 of each. Seemed to have ample dishes, silver ware, kitchen utensils. Table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs on the patio. Steps from the pool or gulf. Sugar sand beach. Walmart, and a liquor store about 3 blocks away. The outdoor space was very quiet after 5 pm. 」
