「The view from our room was great. While staying there, I saw staff cleaning constantly. Great variety of places to eat and prices were not outrageous at most places. All staff was helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is fantastic. Highly recommend and we will be back.」

「This was our first time staying at the BW Premier The Tides and it was a very pleasant experience. 「Air conditioner was very noisy. Hotel was not busy as all yet the breakfast area was limited and not kept up or stocked . The towels that were swapped out daily turned into the pool towels that are very hard and worn. The bedding was very worn. When checking in the lady stated the room we were to be in had an issue with the remote to where we would have to physically get up to change channels. I asked for a room that had a working remote so she did change the room . 」
