"From the time we checked in to the time we left Staff was Amazing! Down by the pools Gustavo and Ulisis were wonderful and very attentive. You can tell that the staff is very proud of the hotel and are constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. Our room was very clean with a beautiful view of the ocean . Only had a couple of disappointing things the Rui app doesn't give enough information on things that are going on at the resort and the restaurants are not shown at the correct locations. Second unfortunate thing was after waiting for an hour and a half for the steakhouse we were treated to a cold meal. The staff was very busy and friendly no fault of their own. The Buffet was Great with many choices. We absolutely Loved this resort and can’t wait to return. "

I love that there are multiple restaurants to choose from, so many pools, tons of chairs, so you never have to worry about saving unless you want to be front and center. The food was good and the riu parties were really fun. There is always something to do and the shows were good :) "
