「Beds were terrible, hard, to small. Staff makes too much noise very early in the morning. Wrong directions for excursions. Adult pool should be named stinkey pee pool. Buffet was not great. Buffet staff not very friendly. Would like more activity around the property. 」

「To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk.
