"Fabulous experience. if you want the wild/lodge experience but still a staffed hotel with a bunch of services then this is for you! We were in the middle of the wilderness, with birds and sloths on site, but still had room service/clean up and buffet style breakfast and a pool! "Property is expansive and immaculately maintained. In the off season it felt as if we had rented the entire beautiful property. Lots of walking and stairs — be warned. Everyone very eager to assist and please. Food is fine but unimaginative and ridiculously expensive. Cocktails are great, but still priced for NYC."
