"Hotel, and Room very clean and well maintained. The food was okay, few times our food was either missing items or were not at a good temperature. Also the restaurant in the lobby named Caicu was too expensive, and food did not meet the price tag. The pool was clean, and enjoy that option of having 3 pool options to choose from."

"Beautiful lobby, lovely pool area, Really nice hotel rooms and hallways are ok however looks like they could use some upgrading, WATCH OUT! RESORT FEES... about additional $110 bucks a day.. Stay plus resort fees = higher end hotel... El San Juan Hotel is short of that,,, very nice, nice stay overall but certainly not on the higher end.."

"The room was very clean with an exiting ocean view. The hotel is beautiful. I like it so much. The Coqui water park is very nice, my grandchildren had a lot of fun. I hope we can go back soon it was a very nice stay."

"I had a lovely stay at Bali Hotel! The staff was very attentive to all of our needs and made sure to clearly explain all charges beforehand, which I really appreciated. The 24/7 front desk service was also super convenient. Our room was pretty spacious, comfortable, and housekeeping came every afternoon to clean and refresh the room. Overall, it was a great experience and a lovely place to stay. I would definitely stay here again!"
