「Our room was very clean and well kept. The staff was awesome from start to finish. After we checked out, my wife accidentally left her phone in the room. We didn’t realize it until we were already a block away. By the time we came back, the cleaning staff had already turned it in to the front office. We truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism. That kind of service means a lot. We will definitely stay here again.」

「Poor internet connectivity, No TV if you don't have streaming service. Impossible to talk live with anyone about issues. This could have been because it was Thanksgiving weekend, but neither phone number or message was answered. Broken coffee maker that we couldn't get fixed because it’s impossible to talk live with anyone about issues. Too much street noise from the nearby highway. Too much noise from neighboring rooms, you can hear your neighbors TV quite clearly. The grounds are not as quaint...

「The room and bathroom were clean. The hotel itself was in good condition. There were limited chairs on the pool deck and sunning deck, pool is small and needed cleaning. Breakfast is simple but was stocked.」

「The staff was friendly. The property and rooms were clean. The only thing they could do is clean the juice machine. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great at all. It was very slow. There was a wide variety of breakfast items: eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, Texas-shaped waffles, pastries, whole milk, 2% milk, water, yogurt, and juices (orange and apple). They also had condiments and jelly.」

「Even though I asked not to, they gave me a handicap room. The window blind was broken, the office chair was broken. I will try other properties next time. I felt like the folks who work here don’t have any say in the issues that this property have. 」

「Although Expedia will sell you the idea that the hotel has complementary breakfast, it’s partially true, they only serve breakfast Saturday and Sunday. Very misleading on the Expedia side. Staff is super friendly and helpful, good price and good location. 」
