「First off, when I booked a room in this hotel, my room was supposed to be with a window view with 2 beds and air conditioning. When I arrived and it was time for me to check into my room, I got a very but very small room with no windows and a fan. I felt claustrophobic and I felt like I was in box. And on top of that, my room had not a single towel. I was very disappointed and went to speak to the front desk.
