「Hotel was on an excellent location, the staff is amazing, the hotel is pretty clean , but would not considered a 5 as there were a few things that did not looked as clean; such as towels and sheets. Also, if you are a light sleeper and have any type of window or anything i do not considered 100% soundproof as i still heard some noise from surroundings. I would come back for the location and staff.」

「Peguei um quarto com vista para o "nada", uma área técnica, eles não mostram esse quarto nas imagens portanto me senti enganado. o bar da piscina não estava funcionando em pleno os dias do final de 2025 e início de 2026. O espaço do Rooftop foi alugado para uma festa particular onde não podíamos ter acesso.O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido, tive que reclamar algumas vezes e só foi desentupido 2 dias depois.」
