「Excellent location, spacious rooms and helpful staff」

「The hotel was beautifully renovated my as my room was equally beautiful balcony, a beautiful view of Boca grande check-in was beautiful. My receptionist was amazing… sad to say on my last day I decided to go up on the 14th floor to the pool area my partner I was sunbathing. We were the only one at the pool area at the time five staff members decided to come and have a 20 minute loud conversation adjacent to where we were sitting when there was no one else in the pool area and they could’ve done...

「From the moment we walked into the, it was uncomfortably hot. There is no AC in the lobby or hallways, and when we got to our room it was just as hot. The room never properly cooled down throughout the entire weekend. We even had to call maintenance to check the AC because it felt like it was not working.
