「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「Et helt igennem fremragende sted beliggende i det centrale Deiá i et stille område fri for trafikstøj. Vi boede i juniorsuite med balkon/terrasse og i øvrig masser af plads. Det er et hotel med "skæve" rum, smal trappe og langsom elevator, men yderst charmerende.
Parkering tæt ved hovedvejen, men man kan køre til hotellet for at læsse bagagen af, selv om indkørsel kun er for byens beboere. Det er smalle veje og snæver manøvrering - også frem til parkeringspladsen.」

「Absolute heaven. Stayed here with my husband for our anniversary- we had the most wonderful time, everything was perfect.
The Cala Fornells team are all very friendly, approachable and provided exceptional customer service.
The seaview from our room was beautiful- what a brilliant start to the day.
We would very happily return, and highly recommend to anyone thinking about booking this hotel. 」

「We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for a week. Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The restaurants at the hotel were also brilliant, and the pool area & communal areas were all spotless & very relaxing. We will absolutely be back! 」
