「Very new hotel in excellent condition. Very clean room and helpful staff. Wifi is quite weak in the room. Meals are okay but not in par with the room price. 」

「Location & Property The hotel is conveniently located if you are visiting Tenorio Volcano and Río Celeste, although it is not right next to the main road. 「非常好！」

「The breakfast is terrible . The renew room is fine . Cut the rest is terrible also. 」

「This place was okay until I saw the mouse dropping on the table at breakfast. Because of this we were going to skip breakfast for the second morning. Unfortunately when we went to shower and brush our teeth there was no running water. Staff didn't seem very concerned about either issue when I shared so I would caution people to avoid unless this is acceptable to you. View was good but not really any better than many other views of Arenal Volcano.」

「Hot spring river is amazing」
