「We refused to check in and had to find other local accommodations. The directions were off by 1 mile, requiring getting locals to help find the place. When we got there we found 1) No way to secure our belongings, since door locks were not working, 2) no A/C in the main rooms and 90 degrees without fans, 3) Open access from the public beach, 4) cockroaches, 5) bad neighborhood without the listed local restaurants and shops, 6) Poorly maintained pool, barbeque, and other amenities. 「This property was amazing, cleanliness was amazing, host is very attentive as well as the workers there throughout the day. Very quiet area, great food spots within walking distance. The only issue I did have was arriving to property it was confusing with construction on the main road but other than that the experience at this property was a 10/10 and would highly recommend! 」

La habitación estuvo ok, pero la ducha estaba muy sucia, además desde muy temprano 7am música desde el restaurante muy fuerte. Desayuno pobre. Publicidad decía que el hotel era frente al mar, pero no fue cierto. 」

「Once leaving the resort to try and get more money out of their customers the stay pretended like we took a a towel from the place and tried to charge me for something i infact did not take and k complained i was not going to pay for something i did not even touch because i was not at the hotel for almost all day. Come to find out is not the first time they do this they have done it to more of their customers and thats why they did not go back because they do this towards the end once its time to...
