"Do not stay at the bungalow. We stayed there for two nights and we had a horrible experience. The staff is okay, but the room was dirty. We got in the shower and there was literally a ball of hair from the previous guest there. The room needed a good mop. You can hear everything from that room. In one of the nights they were doing construction until 2-3am in the morning. Not caring whatsoever for guest that are staying there. We would not stay here again and i would recommend you spend your money somewhere else."
"The hotel is currently under construction, which we were not informed about in advance. We were woken up around 7 a.m. most days to loud hammering and drilling—so loud that we had to yell just to hear each other in the room.
We also booked a massage expecting a relaxing experience with the sound of ocean waves, but it was instead disrupted by constant construction noise. It was far from relaxing and very disappointing.
The hotel does not allow outside food or drinks, which was inconvenient as we had to eat every meal off-property and couldn’t bring back snacks or leftovers without risking fees. There were also limits on how many fresh towels we could request, and staff would not break larger bills unless it was for tipping within their restaurant.
Although the hotel enforces a noise policy for guests, there were several back-to-back weddings during our stay that went until 1 a.m., with loud music and fireworks clearly heard from our room—again to the point where we had to yell to hear each other. When we raised concerns, we were dismissed and told events would end at midnight, which was not the case. Being kept up until 1 a.m. and woken at 7 a.m. made for an exhausting stay.
The hotel and pool are beautiful, but I would not recommend it if your goal is to relax."
"Todo estuvo muy lindo el personal la atención y el lugar, sin embargo en la habitación que nos hospedamos mi esposo y yo no funcionaba una de las lámparas ni tampoco funcionaba el televisor, pero por lo demás todo estuvo excelente."
