「This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. After a long international flight, we arrived exhausted, hoping to rest, only to find our room directly next to active hotel construction. The noise was unbearable, and we were never warned. The biggest issue was safety. The pool area has extremely slippery tiles, and both of our children slipped while exiting the pool, hitting their heads on the ground and ending up with large bumps.
