Kalabalıktan kaynaklı yetişmekte sorun yaşayabiliyorlar ancak eksiklikleri ilettiğinizde hemen tamamlıyorlar. Tek eleştireceğim konu odaların günlük temizlenmemesi ve terlik olmaması.」

「Very excellent experience in the hotel. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The sauna is private and decent. Though the location is not central of the city but the surrounding is amazing with church, restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the Christmas market in this season. Also, you can have breakfast in your room with nice view.」

「This hotel is very near to Strasbourg central station, it just faces to the station so I could access the hotel by crossing the road and 3 minutes walking. The room is large, neat and quiet. The bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. There are a refrigerator and kettle in the room, and they offer nice instant coffee and tea bags. In the lobby, they also offer hot apple juice for guests during the Christmas season, it’s very kind and sweet :)」

「Location was great--just a 10 minute walk to the tourist area. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. On site parking is big plus but make sure to reserve a spot. We would definitely stay there again. 」

「Our check in process was great. We arrived at 10am and they gladly held our luggage until check. This is very convenient to the main train station but not so close that you have the train station problems. A perfect mix」
