The hotel was five minutes or less from the bus station. The room was clean and comfortable and large the chicken and checkout process was easy and the staff was super friendly

Nice Hotel; Provided the Essentials

Great modern hotel and room. Close to tram options and large shopping mall with massive grocery store. Lots of dinning options in the area. Walkable to old town, about 15-20 minutes, 30-minutes to main train station. Enjoyed having a Nespresso machine in the room, but only provided free coffee pods and milk for one night. Purchasable otherwise with front-desk. Thankfully we bought pods, milk and sweetener at nearby Leclerc grocer. Loved also walking the nearby canal area every evening; always lively and safe.

The hotel was very clean, but the staff lacked experience. I was charged $32 for an early check-in of just one hour, which felt excessive. Additionally, when I needed to purchase water at night, I was informed that the hotel neither sold water nor had any available, and there were no nearby stores. This was quite frustrating.

Do not recommend for business use

They told us that the receipt will be sent by email the same day and if not to call them on phone. The next day no email, called the service and they said they will send it during the day so I asked to send it to 2 adresse emails. Then the 3rd day still no email…. I called them and they didn’t have the email address I asked for the day before plus they said that they need time to send it because they have customers in front of them etc. I had the impression that there are not enough staff and the people for checkin do everything. Unfortunately I found the service and the breakfast poor for a 4 star hotel. The room was perfect but not sure if I will stay here again.

フリックスバスの停留所に近いことで選びました。 このお値段で良質なお部屋、満足しています。 角部屋で公園の緑が部屋一面の窓から見えて 感動しました。コルマールでの一泊を挟んで、 お部屋が変わりました。角部屋は一緒でしたが、 隣の住居のお部屋が丸見えで、少し居心地が よくなかったかな。でも快適さに変わりありません。 再びストラスブールに来ることがあれば、また このホテルを選ぶでしょう。 フロントのスタッフの方も笑顔で丁寧に対応して くださいました。

L'hôtel est sympa, le quartier aussi. le tram pour le centre de Strasbourg est juste à coté. Les chambre sont spacieux et ouverte de grandes baies vitrées qui offre une belle luminosité et une belle vue. Mais vu que ma chambre donnait sur l'immeuble d'à coté avec un vis à vis des plus gênant et étant donné que la fermeture des stores est commune à toute les fenêtre j'ai passé la plus grande partie de mon temps stores fermés et n'ai pas pu profiter de la vue ! Autre problème, l'eclairage de ma chambre se faisait automatiquement. Le système était défectueux et durant la nuit à plusieurs reprises toutes les lampes de ma chambres se sont allumées donc mauvaise nuit. Le réceptionniste que j'ai eu au téléphone dans la nuit m'a proposé de m'envoyer un technicien mais pas avant 9h du matin ! Donc très déçu par mon étape dans cet hotel !

This was a really nice hotel by Marriott. Only four years old with some of the best views of the city. They gave us a sixth floor with direct views of the Notre Dame. What a site. Definitely recommend this hotel, some of the most comfortable beds That we slept on in a while for hotel sake.

Point positif : Proximité à pied avec le marché de noël , hôtel propre , personnel aimable . Chambre spacieuse et propre, bien isolé nous entendons pas les voisins . Point négatif : aucun parking à l’hôtel , le plus proche étant à 500m payant bien entendu. Chambre surchauffée c’est très désagréable impossible de diminuer la température . Salle de bains ouverte sur la chambre aucune intimité pas de porte et vis à vis avec la batiment en face . Si vous avez la lumière de la chambre éclairé tout le monde vous vois !
