「是一間古老的旅館，感覺會充滿著故事，一樓的酒吧也是櫃檯，早餐、晚餐、啤酒都很棒！但也由於是古老的旅館，所以隔音效果會差一點，但是整體來說並不會造成太大的影響，畢竟無法知道何時外頭會有喝太多酒的人在街上大喊大叫。而且我們很喜歡它的位置，就在城圍邊，好有味道！並且走路到約克大教堂不到三分鐘的距離，走到火車站大約10-15分鐘，整體來說真的很方便！」

「Located in a quiet corner but within minutes of walk to the station and attractions. May need some little time to locate at first as the location is not really very touristy. The owners of the guesthouse are very enthusiastic and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very nice. Excellent experience.」

「This hotel & Spa is absolutely amazing, the staff were so attentive to our needs, I had booked this hotel for a treat for my family which they so enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and the food is cooked from the best quality, yes, the spa is not huge when you compare this to other spa facilities but this gives this hotel spa the advantage of giving you space to enjoy the spa experience, would I travel to this hotel again, most definitely, worth every penny.」

「Had a wonderful stay here. Incredibly personal touch from all the staff referring to me by my name, which made me feel very comfortable. An incredible property rich in history, with a modern, well-equipped room to compliment it. Food options were extensive and delicious. Breakfast was great, very high quality, and very attentive staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 」

「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」
