"We had an early flight to catch, and were told by the front desk attendant that even though that was the case, “grab n go” bagged breakfasts would be available. That was not the case. Nothing was made available. The carpet in our room was torn/cut out in the closet area, as well. I expected better. "

"All the food was horrible! I tried several items at different times of the day and even desert, all barley able to choke down, one totally unable to eat sent back. Do Better, we don't stay at 4 stars to have to walk to another hotel for food!"

Looked after our check-in, messaged later on to see if we settled in ok, and followed up the next day to see if we needed anything. Would return again."
