「Friendly staff 」

「United Airlines cancelled our flight back to the US without notice so we had to stay at the Hotel Verde. We found the hotel to be very good and all staff extremely helpful so I would recommend this hotel if you are flying from Cape Town airport. I would not recommend United Airlines which was uncommunicative and had very unhelpful staff.」

「Fantastic location and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Amber on reception was incredibly helpful. The room was magnificent and large with a veranda and incredible view. The bed was comfortable and the resort very quiet. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Seeing the resident springbok and other wild animals that live and roam in the area was such a treat too. Would definitely recommend the Lodge and will stay again.」

「Staying at 100 on Main was a wonderful experience. The property is modern and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and the beach nearby, and it’s within easy walking distance of the waterfront.」

「Basically staying in SA safety is a concern, i had a very bad experience in my last visit of SA in the other hotel. City lodge is quite good about this, the employee is good. One complaint is the view, i didn't get the mountain view this time.」
