"The location of the hotel is the BEST! So convenient and close to many things. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Enjoyed using the Gym, very clean and great vibe. Just the staff(server and the front person) at the restaurant were not really friendly or helpful. It could be better if they at least smile and are friendly."

"the room was tiny but all that i needed for a single night stay. when in boston you want to spend more time outside exploring the city than in your hotel room so it was peak hotel experience for me. it was affordable which meant i had more money to spend doing city activities. the room had a nice view with some cool decor adorning the walls and space. i chose a room with a shared bathroom but it was very clean with each bathroom having their own toilet, sink and shower with a locking door that showed when it was vacant or occupied. overall a fantastic experience and will 10/10 come back again. "

"The hotel staff informed me at check in that we had been "upgraded".... They moved me to a "Trailer Room" which was a trailer home in the parking lot. Not what I booked. The Trailer smelled bad and there were rats in the parking lot, so the staff moved me to another trailer which also smelled. Maintenance was supposed to fix the smell while we were out. When we returned to the hotel for the night, the smell was still present. After another complaint they eventually moved us to a room in the hotel that was reserved for a guest they "knew wasn't showing up".... they had the room the whole time saved for a manager or owner or something and stuck me outside in a smelly trailer as an "upgrade"...."
