I barely slept over my three night stay. The blinds did not keep out the sun, so the room was bright starting from 5am. The building is such that you can hear and feel the vibration from anyone walking around, and there was noise late into the night. The air conditionner worked but was really loud and made an irritating sound, turning on and off all night. Not great for business travel where I just needed a quiet place to sleep. On the plus side -- great location, seemed safe at night, the bathroom was nice, shower worked great, and the bedding was ok. Overall, the cost was too high (seemed like a renovated dorm room with cheap furniture). You definitely pay for the location.

There were a few complications with the room at first, but after I reached out for some clarifications, I immediately had received a response. Harold was extremely helpful and gracious finding a solution and we were very appreciative. I will definitely book another stay with Maverick Suites, but would probably sign up for a more updated room.

I stay at maverick suites every time I come to Boston. It’s clean, affordable, located in nice neighborhoods, no frills, no nonsense, and decor is simple urban understated chic. It’s Boston’s best kept secret as far as lodging goes.

No heat, no help

The heat did not work. In Boston. In March. I arrived late and there is no one on the property to help, nor do they have anyone on call after hours. I spent the first night wearing all my clothes and shivering. The TV didn't work either. The next day the person on site confirmed that the central heat wasn't working and said there was no other room I could be transferred to. He left a space heater which was effective. He said he fixed the TV but that evening when I came back it still was not. The guy who answered the phone did not seem to believe me and asked me to send him pictures of the not working TV (ie a blank screen). Nothing done that evening. The next day a person on site fixed the TV. The final 2 nights of my stay were fine, (with the space heater) the room was small but comfortable and clean (although there was no trash can). I have requested a refund for the first freezing night and was told a request had been made but 5 days since I checked out I have received no confirmation and no partial refund.

My husband and I had to come up from CT for the weekend and decided to give this property a try. We found the area around the property to be absolutely lovely, nice dining options within walking distance and it was relatively quite and safe. 3 stars is more generous than I would give however due to the fact that our bathroom was across the hall with a keypad, so every time you have to use the bathroom - you need to plug in a code. Not at all convenient in the middle of the night or when you're trying to get ready for an event. Who wants to put on glasses or a robe to cross the hall in the middle of the night??? Another inconvenience is the security deposit - $$$ is being held for 5 days even after we checked out. Staff is friendly enough - but those 2 things are deal breakers for us. 3 Stars is more generous than what I originally wanted to give. We will not be coming back.

3泊の宿泊料、税などの他に50,000円を超えるクリーニング料が最初の支払いに含まれていました。ところが、チェックインの際に、mid-stay cleaning を希望する場合は追加料金1日50~100ドルがかかるとのこと。つまり、チェックアウト後のクリーニングだけで50,000円もの高額だったわけです。何かの間違いではないかと返金を請求しましたが、返金はしてもらえませんでした。 また、専用のバスルームかある部屋を予約したのですが、専用ではあるものの廊下の向かいにあり、使用の度に暗証番号を入力してロックを解除しなければならず、とても不便でした。

Having to have cleaning of the room as an extra charge should be noted clearly for any future occupants. The unit is not close to any restaurant or store unless you want to walk 10 minutes to get there and carry anything back. It is not convenient to anything of note. Would not stay there again. It was clean but that's the best I could say for the property.

Wir haben bereits am 8.9. 24 Sie, Hotels.com angeschrieben und um Kontaktaufnahme gebeten, da wir mit Appartement 26 vollkommen enttäuscht waren. Als wir ankamen am Abend funktionierte die WC-Spülung nicht, wir kamen nur mühsam zurecht; der Hausmeister, den wir am nächsten morgen antrafen hat diesen Schaden zumindest gleich behoben. Aber unser Zimmer glich eher einer Gefängniszelle: klein, dunkel, ein Barstuhl, kein Tisch; keine Kommode; eher für eine Person konzipiert, aber auch dafür unzumutbar, definitiv keinem der Bilder auf der Website ähnlich. Neben Hotels.com haben wir sofort mavericksuites kontaktiert, da alle Suiten ausgebucht waren konnte man uns keine Alternative anbieten. Wir konnten das Zimmer unserer Nachbarn anschauen; es war wesentlich besser, glich den Fotos auf der Website aber wir hatten das gleiche bezahlt. Auf diese Beschwerde wurde nicht reagiert. Aber es sollte schlimmer kommen; als wir am Abend des 11.9. spät ins Zimmer kamen zum Schlafen ist eine Maus durch das Zimmer gelaufen in ein Loch in der Schrankwand. Nach telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme mit mavericksuites, die uns keine weiteren Optionen oder Hilfestellung geben konnten, haben wir eilig gepackt,ausgecheckt und ein anderes Hotel gefunden.Entsprechende Bilder sind hochgeladen, um die uns entstandenen Unnannehmlichkeiten und die unzumutbaren Umstände zu dokumentieren; wir erwarten nach wie vor entsprechende Kontaktaufnahme um unsere Reklamation zu berücksichtigen. Alles schrecklich schlecht soweit!
