「We booked 1 unit for 2 nights without reading any reviews. Later on got concerned when we read some negative reviews but our experience was amazing with all check in instructions provided. 「Really enjoyed our stay at The Louise. The staff there was very attentive and friendly during our 2-night stay there. They always had a smile and made it a truly comfortable experience. 「Very relaxing stay, gorgeous place, loved the fire-pit, private sauna and views. Only minor issues, fridge was missing door rack so couldn't put open bottle of wine in there, no reply from host when pointed it out. Stools very flimsy, worried they would break when sitting on. Robes and slippers would have been nice as bathroom tiles were freezing. Otherwise enjoyed the region and wineries. 」
