「We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact.」

「My room was very clean, the AC worked great, everything in the room was satisfactory, except for the Wi-Fi. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great views from the top of the building where there is a small pool. So far so good」

「I was extremely disappointed with the long 30 minutes it took to get into my room. This is unacceptable according to industry standards all over the world. We filled out paperwork at the from desk then we had to wait for one person to take us to our room. I was with a group of 3 other people, and they each had their own rooms.
