The staff were excellent at the work. One day I got violently ill and a security guard was so empathetic and acted quickly to ensure i could get into the unit. The restaurant staff were awesome and the property manager for my unit was very accommodating . I also appreciated the consistency with the room cleaning and the beautifully kept property. I look forward to my next return.

The facility is awesome, really liked the one bedroom apartment. The host was also very friendly, responsive to ensure I have an awesome stay. Highly appreciated. The facility is beautiful, landscape and swimming pools well maintained.

Have stayed here a few times. It's a hotel with different management teams. This particular team was not communicative about check in, so I had to wait nearly an hour to check in. Once in, the room is comfortable and the hotel has great pools and a gym. Quiet, safe neighborhood.

I had an amazing stay at Embassy Gardens with hostess Jessica as I cannot praise her enough. The property met and exceeded expectations from the pool, gym, restaurant, decor, quietness, security and cleanliness of the grounds were excellent! My hostess Jessica assured my comfort was at the top of her list and accommodated my stay as the room and hospitality services exceeded expectations. The room was stylish, clean, had necessary amenities for short term stay and provided guidance on tourist attractions. The location of Embassy Gardens is perfect to get around Accra! In fact, for perspective the US Embassy and others are literally around the corner for reference purposes. I intend to come back and have Jessica as my hostess as she and her team provided an outstanding experience who went the extra mile to make my stay in Ghana a wonderful experience. Thank you Jessica and team!

The agent for this apartment attempted to charge more for the stay AFTER I had already booked and paid. They also requested I pay to them directly and not Expedia. I had to get Expedia involved to assist in resolving the matter since I found this suspicious. However the property is in a safe location, though you cannot walk to most attractions in Accra, it is a short driving distance away and UBER is easily available at reasonable prices. There is security to enter the building, the apartment was clean and there is access to a pool. The property has a small cafe where you can grab a meal although it is over subscribed.

Honestly, this is a nice place with so much confusion, disorderliness, and disorientation. The reception is only there log you into the system, once that is done, they wash their hands off you completely, anything you need, they direct you to your reservation. They aren’t there to help you with questions which is not just abnormal but stressful especially for people new to the country. The door of the apartment I stayed was bad, I had to call the booking reservation agent to get it fixed and it still didn’t get fixed. You will need a universal plug to charge your gadgets. No one actually takes their time to properly check you in and show you around, I didn’t know hot water was in the kitchen, I got into the shower and it wouldn’t change. I had to come out and called the reservation. The restaurant is small, doesn’t fit people in the building, some had to leave. This place needs to be more customer centric. People are just nonchalant…

I booked this room through expedia and the rate was good but I did not know that it was a room rented by a hostess instead of a hotel. The room was nice but the front desk communication was confusing and no one was available to assist with luggage. The advertisement said there was a free shuttle to the airport but no one at the property was aware of it. There was not enough communication about check-in.
